Nestled between our two yoga studio spaces is a third space… the Life Bar & shop!
Our cafe is a peaceful oasis where wellness meets delicious nourishment. Perfect for life admin post class, or a spot of ‘working from home’; we serve fresh smoothies, barista poured coffee, and (of course) matcha! Our menu features fresh bakes from local bakers and a selection of nourishing snacks perfect for fuelling your practice or topping back up after.
On our shelves we are proud to stock a range of beautiful brands that align with our values and that we use ourselves! Each product is chosen to support enhancing your wellbeing, enriching your routine and encouraging you to carry all the benefits of your yoga practice far beyond the mat.

Opening Hours
Monday & Friday: 7am - 8pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 7.30am - 1.30pm and 5pm - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 12noon,
Sunday 9am - 12noon and 5.30 - 7pm.
Plus - additional opening hours around weekend special events.
