As Mercury, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune gather in the sky, themes of clarity, action, truth, and vision come into focus, creating a powerful backdrop for inner work and reflection.
This 90-minute experience combines gentle movement, guided meditation, and tarot to open the body and quiet the mind. The journey deepens with a live sound bath from Nick Able, whose work with ancient Indian instruments supports a retuning of the nervous system, helping to release tension and invite clarity.

Join Vicky for the next instalment of ‘Journalling Club’ running the 16th May, straight after Vicky’s Saturday morning dynamic vinyasa practice. Expect space for guided journalling with insightful prompts, followed by space to share, integrate and cultivate accountability.

Functional Flow Workshops: Spirals & Core
This workshop extends the principles of Functional Flow into the body’s spiralling lines and core integration.
You’ll explore rotational patterns and off‑axis movements that connect the arms, spine, and legs, using body‑weight conditioning to ground the pelvis while freeing the ribcage and waist. By training the core as a dynamic, responsive system rather than a rigid “six‑pack,” you’ll find more fluidity in twists, turns, and transitions, and a greater sense of ease in everyday movement.

Functional Flow Workshops: Ankles, Knees and Hips
Designed as the next step from our Functional Flow classes, this workshop uses body‑weight conditioning to wake up and release the lower body.
You’ll work through ankle mobility and stability, knee alignment, and hip ranges of motion, using squat‑based and single‑leg patterns that gently load the joints while building strength and resilience.
The aim is to turn heavy, stuck legs into responsive, grounded supports that move with ease and embodiment.
