Join Liam for a free taster of ‘Zen Men’
Tailored as space for men to come and practice yoga together, or for new starters to understand the specific benefits of yoga for men this 90 minute session will consist of a warm up, functional full body routine, breathwork and a meditation to close.
Whether you are a man new to yoga and looking for a tailored starting place, or looking to find a community of other male practitioners this session is space to make time for yourself.
About Liam,
Since 2018 Liam has been practicing a style of Yoga based on the Ashtanga system that creates strength and flexibility through our full range of movement to assist in functional everyday mobility. With embedded breath work and meditation practices his practices supports the development of embodied present living. He is particularly interested in helping making yoga spaces more accessible for men.
