1. Choose your 14-Day Trial
Pay £25 for two weeks of unlimited weekly scheduled classes. Your 14 days begin on the date of your first class, so you can arrange your start around your week.

2. Book your mat space
Choose your class, select your mat space and confirm your booking on the website or studio app.
3. Arrive for practice
Allow 10–15 minutes before class. All mats, props and practice equipment are provided. Shower towel hire may cost extra.
