Yoga memberships and class pricing in Newcastle
We offer a range of yoga memberships and passes so you can build a routine that genuinely supports your life, rather than forcing you into someone else’s schedule. Our memberships include unlimited access to specified class types, with different levels designed for lighter engagement, steady weekly practice, or more committed attendance.
If you’re just starting, a short‑term pass or intro offer can help you explore before committing. If you already know you want yoga to be part of your week, a membership will usually be the best value and the simplest way to stay consistent. All of our memberships are billed monthly (pcm) and renew automatically on the anniversary date of your first payment.
Each membership level builds on the one before it and includes access to specific class types (STN, SPC, EVT, SPE) adding more access, more flexibility in booking, and more extras, so you can choose the tier that matches how often you practise, the sessions you’re drawn to and how deeply you want to engage.

Absolutely. Yoga x Life offers yoga classes in Newcastle that support every stage of practice, including grounding beginner flows and gentler classes designed to help you ease in, build confidence, and start exactly where you are.

Wear something comfortable that you can move and breathe in easily. You don’t need anything fancy, just clothes that feel good to stretch, bend and relax in. Most people wear leggings or joggers and a t‑shirt or vest; anything that lets you move freely and stay at a comfortable temperature is perfect.
-
If you already have a mat, you’re very welcome to bring it. If not, everything you need is provided onsite at Yoga x Life Studios:
Premium mats
Cosy bolsters and props
A water fountain in every studio space
You really do just need to bring yourself (and perhaps a water bottle and something warm for relaxation).
-
Not at all. You come to yoga to build flexibility, strength, awareness and balance, you don’t need to arrive with those things already in place.
Many students start yoga feeling stiff, tense, unsure or out of practice. The intro offer gives you time to move gently, get familiar with the practice, and notice progress without pressure. Over time, consistent yoga classes will help improve flexibility and mobility in a sustainable way.
-
Yes, as long as you feel safe to move and your healthcare provider is happy for you to practise.
In all our sessions teachers offer options and props to help students adapt poses to their bodies and needs. It’s a good idea to arrive a little early and let the teacher know about any injuries, limitations or concerns before class begins so they can support and reassure you as needed.
If you’re unsure whether yoga is appropriate for a specific condition, check in with a medical professional first and then let us know so we can help you choose the most suitable classes.
-
Life happens, and sometimes you won’t be able to make it to class.
If you need to cancel:
Please cancel as early as you can, either via the website or the Yoga x Life app, so your space can be offered to someone else.
Late cancellations and no‑shows may incur fees, depending on how close to class time you cancel.
For full details on late cancellation and no‑show fees, please refer to our cancellation policy page. As a general rule, early cancellations are always kinder to both the studio and other students, and help you avoid unnecessary charges.
