Guide to our class codes

Our classes fit into five categories, free for all, standard classes, special classes, events, and special events. Our different memberships include access to some or all of them, or you can choose to purchase a single class or event at time. Each class description begins with one of the below codes so you can be sure your membership covers all the sessions you want to attend.

FRF - this session is free for all

STN - standard class

SPC - special class

EVT - event

SPE - special event

Goals & Challenges

Download our booking app and toggle to the challenges tab to set your goals, and join in with our studio challenges. Complete the challenge and win studio credit that can be redeemed against food and drink in our cafe or against future bookings and reservations.
