Yoga x Life began with a belief that yoga should be accessible, consistent and woven into everyday life. What started as community classes has grown into one of Newcastle's longest-established yoga communities, helping thousands of people discover practices that support them on and off the mat.

For almost two decades Yoga x Life has welcomed complete beginners, experienced practitioners and future teachers into a community built on consistency, quality teaching and genuine care.
