Practice. Study. Connection.
Go further with what
you already value.
A class to return to. A question worth exploring. A way to keep practising when your week changes.
Kula is Yoga x Life’s online community and practice library. In Sanskrit, kula means community: people coming together with shared intention. Here, that means room to practise, think, ask questions and deepen your understanding.
Make time together.
Join live online classes and community sessions. Find the event, reminders and replay in one place, so you can take part from wherever you are.
Keep your rhythm.
Return to the on-demand library for movement, breathwork and meditation. Choose a short practice for a busy day or a longer session when you have space.
Stay in conversation.
Explore practice threads, ask questions and discuss the work with other practitioners. Bring what you’re discovering into the conversation.
Follow your curiosity.
Read, reflect and deepen your understanding through teachings, resources and conversations on yoga, philosophy, meditation and everyday life.
Carry the work forward.
Dedicated training and alumni spaces support continued study and connection. Access to programme spaces follows the terms of your training or retreat.
Know what’s coming.
Find online gatherings, community events and announcements inside Kula. Keep the connection between your own practice and the wider Yoga x Life community.
Two ways to join
One practice.
More room for it.
Choose Flow if the studio is part of your week. Choose Kula on its own if you want to practise and connect online.

Part of a bigger practice
Depth comes from
staying with it.
Kula connects the different parts of Yoga x Life. Keep a practice going between classes, revisit what you learn in a workshop, or stay in touch after a training or retreat.
Simple to use
The right place
for each part of practice.
Use Kula as often as it serves you. Join a live class, return to a recording or pick up a conversation. There’s no expectation to be online all the time.

Before you join.
Can I join if I don’t live in Newcastle?
Yes. Kula is available as a standalone online membership. Practise from home or while travelling, join live sessions when they suit you and use the recordings in your own time.
Is Kula included with my studio membership?
Flow includes full Kula access. If your existing membership includes online access, activate it through your invitation email. Contact us if you’re unsure or need the invitation resent.
Is this the same as the 14-Day Studio Trial?
No. Kula’s free 14-day trial gives you online membership access and is followed by a £19 monthly subscription. The 14-Day Studio Trial is a separate offer for in-person classes.
Does membership include every training or retreat space?
Some cohort, alumni and programme spaces are linked to a particular training, workshop or retreat. Access and its duration are set out in the relevant programme details; a general Kula membership does not automatically include every private programme space.
Where do I find membership terms?
Read the Kula membership terms alongside the billing details at checkout. For Flow, see studio membership details and the membership terms.
Your practice, continued
Make it part of your life.
Bring the studio and online practice together with Flow, or find your place in Kula from wherever you are.
