Our Founders

Debbie, Chris (& Lowell!)

Husband and wife team Debbie founded YogaTherapies is 2014, the pair are now often joined by Lowell.

You can find Debbie leading the Moon Meditations and Chris still leads a weekly schedule of slow flowing, strong and soulful vinyasa classes including his signature ‘Deep Flow’.
