In this time of seasonal change it is a wonderful time to sink into nourishing practises that bring comfort and regulation, preparing us for turning inwards and resting.
This ceremony will be focused on bringing a sense of harmony and grounded expansion. Cacao as a plant medicine brings a beautiful heart opening frequency but also a strong sense of rooted grounding. We will combine the gifts Mama Cacao gives us with the powerful support of the elements of earth and fire to reconnect with our bodies and spirit, from a place of love.
Grace will guide you through breathwork, meditation visualisation and some gentle movement to alchemise any stagnation we are carrying, before deeply resting in a cocoon bathed in candlelight.

Cacao is an ancient plant medicine used by many lineages and cultures, to connect with the spirit of cacao. In preparation for our ceremony Grace will brew ceremonial cacao paste with prayers, love and intention for us to drink. Within the ceremony she will set a space which is safe and held. Calling in guardians, allies and spirits to impart their wisdom, energy and to support in the journey. The session will then move into a guided journey where you will deeply anchor into the earth and spirit and open our hearts.
Delving into ceremony can also include shadow work but always from a space of love and compassion. This will always be a safe, non-judgmental and protected space for you to journey into any aspect of yourself you might be called to see.
This space requires no previous experience of plant medicine or shamanic principles.
