Yes, classes can be booked through the Yoga x Life website or the mobile booking app. The app is designed to make it easy to browse the timetable, reserve classes and manage your bookings while you’re on the go. Download it by searching ‘Yoga x Life Studios’ in the app or play store.

Wear something comfortable that you can move and breathe in easily. You don’t need anything fancy, just clothes that feel good to stretch, bend and relax in.

If you already have a mat you are very welcome to bring it along, but everything you need is provided onsite. Premium mats, cosy bolsters and even a water fountain in every studio space so you really do just need to bring yourself!

Not at all. You come to yoga to build flexibility, strength, awareness and balance. You do not need to arrive with those things already in place.
Many students start yoga feeling stiff, tense, unsure or out of practice, and the beauty of an intro offer is that it gives you the time to move gently, get familiar with the practice and notice progress without pressure.

In all our sessions teachers offer options and props to help students adapt poses to their bodies and needs.
It’s a good idea to arrive a little early and let the teacher know about any injuries, limitations or concerns before class begins so they can be sure to support or reassure you as needed.

Yes! Yoga is for everyone, and men are absolutely welcome here. While yoga is sometimes perceived as female-dominant, many men practise for exactly the same reasons as everyone else: to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress and feel better in their bodies.
At the Yoga x life Studios approximately 1/3rd of our membership are men.
If you’ve been curious but hesitant, this intro offer is a relaxed way to come in, try a few classes and see for yourself.

By that point, you’ll have had the chance to try different classes, meet the teachers and get a real sense of whether Yoga x Life is the right fit, making it much easier to choose a membership or class option with confidence.
