Your Booking App Has Had A Glow Up!

Now on the homescreen you can see your attendance, upcoming classes and memberships/passes plus THREE exciting sections.

  1. A quick an easy way to join any upcoming challenges; plus,

  2. If you swipe across from the challenges box it’ll take you straight to a box to set your own goals for practice. Whether you are aiming for twice a week, or every day the app will help keep you on track with your own goals! And;

  3. In the bottom right hand corner the 🏆 icon has been replaced by a new expandable menu. Click on that and you’ll see right next to the challenge tab (where you can see all the upcoming practice challenges) a new button, ⭐️…

At Yoga x Life, we have built a legacy by prioritising consistency over trends. An occasional intense class doesn’t cut it; all the magic comes from the steady rhythm of showing up, breathing, and practising over time

That is why we are excited to introduce Practice Points, a simple, rewarding yoga loyalty programme designed to support and celebrate your regular practice.

What Are Practice Points?

Practice Points are our way of giving back to you for doing what matters most: showing up on your mat.

Every time you attend a class at Yoga x Life, you automatically earn points. No complicated sign-ups or tracking required, simply practice, and your points build! Here are the key points’

  • Earn 20 points per class you attend,

  • Points accumulate automatically and are tracked in your app,

  • Redeem rewards as you move through tiers.

This is a yoga rewards system built around consistency.

A Loyalty Programme That Resets Quarterly

One of the unique aspects of Practice Points is that it runs on a quarterly cycle.

Every three months, your points reset, giving you a fresh start and a new opportunity to reach the top tier.

This means you have four chances every year to earn the highest rewards!

Plus, if it’s just been one of those months… rather than feeling like you’ve been left behind, you can always step back in and commit to a new phase of practice.

Practice Points Reward Tiers

As your points build, you unlock rewards that support your practice and your connection to the Yoga x Life community.

Tier 1 — 150 Points
Receive 1 special class credit for you or a friend.

Tier 2 — 500 Points
Receive an event credit for you or a friend; perfect for workshops, special sessions, or deepening your practice.

Tier 3 — 750 Points
Receive £10 studio credit to use however you like! Classes, coffee, or anything else available in the studio.

You’ll earn rewards whether you are building a steady weekly practice or are looking to immerse yourself more deeply.
