Yoga x Life Introducing, Class of 2026
At Yoga x Life, teaching is not just something we learn, it’s something we grow into. Each year, we witness a group of dedicated students step through the depth of the 200-hour Foundation Training, refining not only their understanding of yoga, but their ability to hold space with clarity, care, and authenticity.
Now, we invite you to meet the next generation of Yoga x Life teachers.
Our Introducing classes are a special part of this journey. They mark the moment where training meets real-world teaching, where new teachers begin to find their voice, connect with students, and step fully into their role within the wider yoga community. For you as a student, these classes offer something quietly unique: the chance to experience yoga in its emerging form, guided by teachers who are deeply present, thoughtfully prepared, and genuinely excited to share.
There’s a certain energy in these sessions that’s hard to replicate. You’ll find well-sequenced, intelligent practices rooted in everything we stand for at Yoga x Life; inclusive teaching, mindful progression, and a supportive, welcoming atmosphere, alongside the freshness and attentiveness that comes from teachers at the very beginning of their professional path. Our graduates are held to high standards throughout their training, and by the time they step into these classes, they are more than ready to offer a high-quality experience.
By attending an Introducing class, you’re doing more than showing up for your own practice. You’re actively supporting a teacher at a pivotal moment, helping them build confidence, gain experience, and take their next steps into the wider world of teaching. It’s a small act that has a lasting impact.
All Introducing classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, you’ll find something here for you. The classes are donation-based, with 100% of contributions going directly to the teacher and supporting their continued development, further training, and early teaching journey.
