Join Chris for a three part series of workshops exploring conditioning practices that refine your handstand alignment and build the strength to hold it with confidence!
These sessions are open for all levels of handstanders, and will follow a conditioning style routine that builds the strength and stability necessary to hold a handstand with confidence. Expect your core and shoulders to thank you the next day!
NB/ Each session can be attended as a standalone workshop, but is best enjoyed as a trio!
