This workshop extends the principles of Functional Flow into the body’s spiralling lines and core integration.
You’ll explore rotational patterns and off‑axis movements that connect the arms, spine, and legs, using body‑weight conditioning to ground the pelvis while freeing the ribcage and waist. By training the core as a dynamic, responsive system rather than a rigid “six‑pack,” you’ll find more fluidity in twists, turns, and transitions, and a greater sense of ease in everyday movement.
