Designed as the next step from our Functional Flow classes, this workshop uses body‑weight conditioning to wake up and release the lower body.
You’ll work through ankle mobility and stability, knee alignment, and hip ranges of motion, using squat‑based and single‑leg patterns that gently load the joints while building strength and resilience.
The aim is to turn heavy, stuck legs into responsive, grounded supports that move with ease and embodiment.
This session is included as a standard class (EVT) in our schedule.
