This workshop builds on our Functional Flow classes to explore how body‑weight conditioning can deeply free up the upper body. You’ll learn simple, progressive drills for wrists and forearms, then move into scapular and spinal mobility so that reaching, pushing, and carrying feel lighter and more integrated. You’ll discover how intelligent loading and movement can unlock greater freedom in your shoulders, thoracic spine, and upper back.
