Flowing Slow & Somatics

Deepen your knowledge of restorative, somatics, and integrate it in to your teaching with our accredited 50 hour training

In this deeply nourishing immersion we explore what it is to unfurl and grow from a place of centred rest. This developmental training arises as a capacity for inward turning becomes the ground from which integrated movement, strength, and resilience can emerge.

Here we will explore a slow, deliberate flow, that uses movements that awaken, align and strengthen without strain. This immersion is especially supportive for individuals or teachers wanting to better understand yoga practice as an avenue for rehabilitation, regression, and re-patterning, as well as for those ready to deepen their physical development whilst cultivating sensitivity. It is an invitation to evolve while staying rooted, to build capacity while remaining connected, and to discover that true power is born from the ground you can rest into.
