The Art and Craft of Sequencing and Assisting
Join Chris for a five day immersion that explores how to weave the components of practice into a living, intelligent whole. This five day immersion can be enjoyed to enrich your personal practice, or as the second module of our 200hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training.
You will learn to build practices around an inner logic that will feel seamless and alive, whilst integrating components of structure based on an understanding of how the different segments, components and layering of elements underpin different physiological and psychological effects. You will learn how to use cueing and physical adjustments in order to safely and effectively support progress and autonomy.
At the end of the module you’ll have the skills to craft, adapt and refine classes with a balance of precision and creativity.
