Our 200hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training invites you on a journey of depth, exploration, and embodiment. More than a certification, this immersive experience is an exploration of self, practice, and authentic teaching in the modern world.
Through mindful study, experiential learning, and a supportive community, you’ll refine and expand your skills, broaden your awareness, and cultivate the confidence to teach, and live your practice, with integrity and presence.
2026 Dates & Booking
Yoga Teacher Training Dates:
Module 1 - January 26th until January 30th,
Module 2 - March 2nd until March 6th,
Module 3 - May 4th until May 8th,
Module 4 - June 29th until July 2nd.
Timings: All days run from 9am until 5pm, with a lunch break between 12 and 1.
Location: The Yoga x Life Studios, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1DW.
