Treatment Terms & Conditions
At Yoga x Life Studios we are committed to offering a space for high-quality holistic treatments and 1-2-1/small group wellness services. We carefully select the very best therapists, ensuring they align with our values of professionalism and care. However, we also believe in empowering them as self-employed professionals, meaning they manage their own services independently.
Independent Practitioners
All therapists operating within our studio are self-employed professionals. While we take great care in selecting skilled and experienced practitioners, each therapist is responsible for managing their own treatments, bookings, inquiries, and payments.
This means that:
The studio can not handle appointment changes, treatment-related questions, or offer direct client support for therapists.
All queries about your treatment, or requests to reschedule/cancel should be made by directly contacting your practitioner. Their contact details will be provided upon booking.
Booking, Payments & Deposits
All bookings are processed and handled through ‘Square Up’, our trusted booking and payment system.
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount will vary depending on the treatment and therapist and will be stated in the details of the treatments in the booking window above.
The balance payment is due on the day of your treatment and is payable directly to your therapist. Payment methods accepted will vary by therapist, so please check with them in advance if you have any questions.
Square securely manages all booking and payment data in compliance with Square’s Data Privacy Policy. You can review their privacy policy here.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so directly with your therapist—the studio cannot make changes to appointments.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
